Linkin Park’s lead singer Chester Bennington has died at the age of 41 years.
His body was found hanging inside his residence in Los Angeles shortly before 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. Law Enforcement believe he committed suicide.
The news was confirmed by Mike Shinoda, Bennington’s bandmate in Linkin Park, on Twitter.

It was no secret that Bennington struggled with drug and alcohol addiction.
Bennington shall be remembered for singing some of the most recognizable songs of the early- and mid- oughts, including “In the End”, “Numb”, and “What I’ve Done”.
